Dr. Andrea Seemann is married with two now adult sons. She was a teacher for physics and chemistry before she started to study medicine. Apart from her own practice of Anthroposophic Medicine, she is working as a school doctor at three different Waldorf Schools: for "typical" children, children with learning difficulties and children with special needs in and around Munich/Germany. Besides that she is also consulting an inclusive Waldorf Kindergarten and giving lectures about curative education at the Waldorf Teacher Seminar in Munich.
We will learn about typical milestones in the development of children and observe their development in their drawings. How can we find ways for a deeper understanding of children with difficulties (e.g. deviant behavior, nervousness, anxiety, slow learners….) and develop aspects for an individual support.
